Sytems check for STUCK SCALE

Stuck? Scale not moving?

Plateau? (Plateau is when you have followed your plan 100% for 2-3 WEEKS with no movement in your scale or metabolic markers)

It may SEEM like you are 'doing all the things' (ask me how I know!) - but often one of the key components of your health journey have slipped a bit.

Quick systems check:

  • How is your sleep? 8hrs?

  • Water? At least 64 oz?

  • First fueling within 30-60 min of waking?

  • Never go over 3 hours without eating (even between last fueling and sleep?)

  • At least 2, preferable 2.5 hours in between eating?

  • Always getting all 5 fuelings?

I’ve got some plateau busting tips after we confirm the above.🥰

I'm really focusing on sleep myself right now, I thought i was doing well but once i started tracking it in my app, I realized i need to get better.

Try those tweaks, and here are a few things that can really kickstart your fat burn.

  • Go for the veggies in the lowest carb category (this is the most difficult for me!), even if its 2 out of the 3 veggies, it helps.

  • Try to get more of the leanest proteins (again, hard for us beef lovers 😉) at least 5 days a week.

  • Watch your condiments and fats.

  • On your next order, get a canister of whey protein powder(choc or vanilla).

  • Substitute 2 whey protein shakes for 2 fuelings.

  • One canister is 30 servings, so it’ll replace 4 boxes of fuelings.

  • The whey protein has double the protein but a lot less carbs for just a few more calories.
