Been here a while and kinda stuck? PERFECT, this is for you!

5&1 BASICS:

  • 5 ESSENTIAL Fuelings each day (make sure the fueling name starts with ESSENTIAL, otherwise, it's NOT for weight loss and will wreck your 5&1)

  • first fueling within 30-60 minutes of waking, then every 2.5 - 3 hours throughout the day

  • One Lean and Green meal. We have a ton of L&G meals featured in our HopeDealer Client Community - use the search feature to look for your favorite protein, veg, meal, etc and in the OPTAVIA App

  • minimum 64 ounces of water

SET YOUR ALARMS on your phone to make sure you don't go past 3 hours

Eating 6 times/day, with these portion controlled, macro perfect fuelings and a solid Lean & Green meal will boost your metabolism and balance your blood sugars
