YOUR TO-DO as we near this phase, check out the ASCEND mini-meals now (see list below) and order a couple to try (While on 5&1/5&1 Active, use 1/2 of a Mini-Meal in place of a fueling). To prepare for this 3 week transition, here is what you’ll need to have on hand for those three weeks:
7 boxes (total of 49 Fuelings) of your favorite Essential Fuelings
4 boxes (total of 40 mini meals) ASCEND Mini Meals
We can calculate your TEE in your Optavia Client App, OR you can use the BMR from your Metabolic Scale once we've completed the three week Transition.
