I’ve been down that road. I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and Hashimoto’s Thyroid disease. I tried every diet there was, but my thyroid disease was my nemesis. I had been told that I would be fatigued, have bad sleep and trouble with my weight the rest of my life, I let that get into my head and I felt hopeless and helpless.
I could lose weight, I just couldn’t keep it off. Can you relate?
Then...I decided to give this system a try, because my friend who was also beginning at the same time, shared that we get an actual COACH. That’s just one layer of the support that I received. TOOLS. Tools and support to change my habits and the way I look at food. Habits that will last for the long-term, because they become who you are.
I have lived the life of want. I have lived the life of hopelessness. Then… 2016.
Over 8 years since I started that journey to health, and almost 8 years since I decided to help others by coaching this very system.
